Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation, including its principal subsidiary, The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, which was founded in 1889, has more than $2 billion in corporate assets and more than $7.5 billion in trust and investment assets under management and administration (as of September 30, 2014). Headquartered in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, Bryn Mawr Trust has nineteen full-service branches serving residents and businesses in the “Main Line” suburbs of Pennsylvania and also maintains seven limited service offices.

Fund IV was previously invested in Continental Bank Holdings, Inc., which was acquired by Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: BMTC) effective as of January 1, 2015. Continental Bank Holdings, Inc. was the holding company for Continental Bank, a community bank that was formed in September of 2005 and focused on providing customized banking solutions to individuals and businesses in the Philadelphia area. Continental Bank had branch locations in Bala Cynwyd, Blue Bell, Conshohocken, Devon, East Norriton, King of Prussia, Limerick, Plymouth Meeting, Roxborough, West Norriton and Shannondell at Valley Forge.
